Does it feel like you're driving through life alone, or with random passengers you’ve picked up along the way?  What if…for some of those special trips, at least, like when you are facing big decisions or need help…you had just the right mix of people on your bus? 

Knots come in handy. They hold things together and can give you something to hold on to. The 3 Strands of Self, Others, and God that we weave need to be held together and held on to as well. And without a knot experience once in a while, it’s easy to lose your grip or let the whole thing unravel. Life is full of great and oftentimes hard knot experiences that are signs of growth. 

What to do in the face of a climate crisis? Does what you do matter? Are you doing enough? Who do you blame? You might feel it, but you’re not powerless. 

A lot has to change for us to find our place and help our world regain its health. One of the greatest needs to get there is to raise our kids to know their place so they make better choices than previous generations. Brenda Cassellius, Exec Dir of Fresh Energy (fresh-energy.org) and previously Sup’t of Boston Public Schools, and MN Sec of Education will share from her experience what she sees as hope and action areas for all of us, but especially our children.

Two realities to face: our world is limited, and it is a whole; everything connected. Those are keys to how we can find our place within this planet we share with everything else.  While change is daunting, it’s exactly what we are made for.
