January 10 – How can Sadness and Fear be helpful? Often we push away our difficult emotions, thinking that life would be easier without them. But as we see in Inside Out, resisting our feelings takes a lot of work! Instead, how can we learn to make friends with our Sadness and our Fear? What do they have to teach us?
